Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions govern the use of our web and software development services. By hiring our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Services Offered
As a development community, we offer the following services:
- Custom web application development
- Custom software development
- Technical consulting and systems architecture
- Maintenance and technical support
- API and third-party service integration
- Optimization and improvement of existing applications
2. Work Process
2.1 Quotation and Proposal
- All quotations are valid for 30 days
- Prices may vary according to project complexity
- A 50% deposit is required to start work
2.2 Development and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary according to complexity
- Regular progress updates will be provided
- The client will have access to test versions during development
- Up to 3 rounds of minor revisions are included
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary information and materials
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Provide access to systems and accounts when necessary
- Review and approve deliverables within established deadlines
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Developed Code
The source code developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client once full payment of the project is completed.
4.2 Tools and Libraries
Third-party tools, libraries and frameworks maintain their respective licenses. Reusable components developed by me may be used in future projects.
5. Payments and Billing
- Payments are made according to the agreed schedule
- Bank transfer and other agreed methods are accepted
- Late payments may generate 2% monthly interest
- Source code will not be delivered until full payment is completed
6. Warranties and Support
6.1 Functionality Warranty
I guarantee that the delivered software will function according to agreed specifications for a period of 30 days after final delivery.
6.2 Post-Delivery Support
- Bug fixes at no cost during the warranty period
- Basic technical support for 30 days
- Extended support available under separate agreement
7. Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the contract value. I will not be responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption. The client is responsible for maintaining backups of their data and systems.
8. Confidentiality
All client information will be treated as confidential. I will not disclose project information to third parties without express authorization, except when required by law.
9. Contract Termination
9.1 By the Client
The client may terminate the contract with 7 days notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed.
9.2 By Breach
Either party may terminate the contract for material breach by the other party, with 15 days notice to remedy the situation.
10. Modifications
These terms may be modified with prior notice. Changes will not affect ongoing projects, only future contracts.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any dispute will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to courts.
